• All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested in advance. • Please note that an additional charge of EUR 40 from 20:00 to 23:00 is applicable for late check-in. • Please note that late check-in after 23:00 is unavailable at this property. • Please note that guests are required to specify the total number of guests staying at the property, including children, to ensure the correct number of beds are provided. • The apartment is located in an apartment building where other people live. The accommodation is let by the Owner; the Total Booking Amount includes the Owner Rental Amount and charges separately invoiced to the Guest for our services, applicable platform costs, check-in and cleaning services. • In Venice we all have to respect the rules of garbage collection. Please do not leave any garbage bags in the apartment on the day of departure. • Check-in hours are from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Arrivals before or after these times must be arranged. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. a surcharge of €40 is charged for the evening work of the runners. In any case, arrivals after 11:00 pm are not accepted. • Check-out time is 10:00 am. Please be punctual. • City tax (€4.00 per person per night - Regional Law 45 of Dec 30, 2014) is not included in the rental cost. Must be paid by cash on arrival. • Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide an ID for registration. • At check-out it is important to leave both sets of keys on the table. In case of forgetfulness you will be charged €50 for the cost of the duplicate and the service fee. • Heating and air conditioning temperatures are set in compliance with municipal regulations. The on/off dates are set by the authorities. • Arrival time and bed setting must be provided at least 3 days before arriving, beds will be prepared just for the people number in the reservation. If no special requirement is sent, the beds will be prepared only for the number of the places indicated in the rental.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
